Privacy Policy
Pulse · Effective June 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NxtApps ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Pulse (the "App"). We designed Pulse to need as little personal data as possible — you can play without creating an account or giving us your name, email, or phone number.
Information We Collect
- Anonymous player ID. When you first open the App, we generate a random identifier stored on your device. It lets us save your scores and progress and place you on the leaderboard. It is not linked to your real-world identity.
- Gameplay data. Scores, stage/level progress, and an optional display name you choose for the leaderboard (you are not required to use your real name).
- Advertising data. We show ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your device advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and ad interactions. See Google's practices below.
- Purchase status. If you buy "Remove Ads," the purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. We receive only whether the purchase succeeded — we never see or store your payment card or billing details.
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone/camera data.
How We Use Information
- To save your progress and show global and per-stage leaderboards.
- To display advertising and to support the optional "Remove Ads" purchase.
- To keep the App working, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse or cheating.
Advertising
Pulse uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google's use of advertising data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can learn about and control ad personalization, and reset or delete your advertising ID, in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). If you purchase "Remove Ads," the App stops showing ads.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that make the App work:
- Google (AdMob advertising and Google Play Billing).
- Amazon Web Services and MongoDB Atlas, which host our backend and store anonymous scores/progress.
Data Retention & Deletion
We keep anonymous gameplay data for as long as the leaderboard is active. Because the data is tied to a random device ID rather than your identity, you can remove most of it by deleting the App. To request deletion of any data associated with your player ID, email us at prass1357aws@gmail.com and we will act on your request.
Children's Privacy
Pulse is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Effective" date above and, for significant changes, provide notice within the App or store listing.
